Planning proposal
Strobbo looks at a number of factors such as past schedules, weather, turnover and reservations in order to propose a comprehensive schedule. You only need to make adjustments where necessary!

Interactive
Your staff will be notified via email/sms when they have received new working hours in the system. After this they can immediately confirm or decline, which avoids discussions.

Open working hours
Send a work time to all qualified and selected staff. Whoever responds first can come in to work. Also very handy when you urgently need someone extra.

Dimona integration
Approved working hours are synchronized with Dimona (manual or automatic). Using an online work schedule, dimona changes/ cancellations can also be made.

Log the hours worked
As of 2017, students can still work 475 hours under student status. In such cases they must be declared as Extras. Strobbo track the hours worked so that you can immediately see who is still employable as a student.

Automatic dimonas
Never worry about your dimona declarations again! Hourly declarations are automatically updated based on the time records and, if desired, sent directly to Dimona. When someone for whom you have not yet filed a Dimona starts working, a Dimona record is created automatically.

Scheduling based on turnover
Optimize staff scheduling based on estimated turnover for the day. Turnover history can be retrieved from the system or from your cash register so that we can propose an optimized detailed schedule.

Student Contracts
Automatically create day contracts for the students you've scheduled. Just press a button to print, all necessary info will be filled in automatically. Soon you'll even be able to sign them online.
How it works
- Updating the schedule
The HR manager makes the necessary adjustments to the schedule. Creating your work schedule has never been easier. - Confirming working hours
The staff member logs in via a browser or our web app and confirms (or cancels) the new working hours. - Checking responses
The HR manager checks who can come in to work and is notified via the system when someone has declined their working time(s). If set, the system will automatically send the declined working time to a staff member who is still available. - Uploading schedule
The HR manager uploads a standard weekly schedule or starts from a blank schedule. The system automatically takes into account approved leave of absence and the standard working days of staff. - Updating the schedule
The HR manager makes the necessary adjustments to the schedule. Creating your work schedule has never been easier. - Sending the schedule
The working hours are sent to the staff by mail and/or sms. - Approving working hours
Employees log in and confirm that they can come in to work, or they decline their working hours. - Synchronizing with Dimona
When active, the system sends the working hours to Dimona. This can be done automatically or manually. Adjustments/ cancellations are also synchronized according to Dimona's rules. (Can also be combined with our timer). - Checking responses
The HR manager checks who can come in to work and is notified when someone has declined their working time(s). If activated, the system will automatically send the declined working time to a staff member who is still available. - Export performance
If activated, the schedule is verified with the actual working hours. After this verification, the working hours can be sent to your Social Secretariat.
